Coupled with the reopening on Wednesday 15th July and following the lifting of government restrictions, the local hotel formerly the DoubleTree by Hilton Dundee will re-open as The Landmark Hotel & Leisure Club.
The rebrand follows a decision taken to restore the hotel back to its former local history which is well known to many of the local community and the city.
The hotel is a popular wedding destination with over 80 local weddings booked in for 2021. The rebrand is focused on making the hotel more in line with the local demand. Speaking on behalf of the hotel’s management company, 7 Hospitality Management, Conner Harvey said ‘We have communicated this rebrand out to all our bridal parties and private events that have bookings made with us over the coming year and future years and are sure everyone will be as excited as we are to open the doors once again. Our hotel team have been working tireless behind the scenes preparing for reopening and although the name on the door may have changed our hospitality spirit certainly has not. Set in 6 acres of landscaped gardens, The Landmark Hotel has ample space for outside service, including its own private patio area with seating. The hotel also has 2 private functions rooms which hold up to 140 guests, a bar lounge with Starbucks coffee and the 7 Health & Fitness Leisure Club which recently was upgraded will all new state of the art Technogym Equipment.’
